    I understand that Tuesday-Friday attendance is required.

    I understand that I must be on time and prepared to stay for the training hours required.

    I understand that 100% participation is expected.

    I understand that I must be willing to accept instruction from my instructors and supervisors and complete work that is assigned to me with a positive attitude.

    I understand that I must have a willingness to confront my personal challenges and obstacles to successful employment and self-sufficiency.

    I understand that I must be clean and sober during the training program activities.

    I understand that I may not use CCFB's address for any purpose (mail deliveries, etc.)

    I understand that I will be provided with a locker and a combination lock for my use while I am enrolled in the training program.
